For three months (July – September 2014), I managed this newly opened hostel in Bali – CX Hostel Bali. Situated in the heart of Bali, they have 3 different locations – Legian Kelod, Legian Ground Zero and Kuta Raya. My objectives are to create brand awareness to tourists via Facebook as well as getting more engagement for their post.
Bali and CX Hostel have a common interest which is holiday, fun, relax, etc. So for the Facebook content itself, it should promote the brand by posting their facilities pictures, current promo and also fun-holiday-related post like travel quotes.
Overall, the result was beyond expectation. Their fanbase increased to almost 2.2k in 3 months! Here is some post examples created for them:
